Easy Thrift Store Item 2 Sell on eBay - A&F Mens Cargo Shorts

A $10 dollar plus profit on one of the easier items to find at a Thrift Store. And if you have followed my blog $10.00 profit per item is what I look for or I pass on it.

Abercrombie & Fitch Men's Cargo Shorts

You can usually find these for less than 3 bucks on half priced days. Easy to take pictures, list, pack & ship. Very popular with overseas buyers. Check out some completed auctions for USED A&F Cargo Shorts

All $20.00+ sales and that is just a small sample with some sales in a higher price range $30.00. Look for sizes 34 and up.
Abercrombie Items are very poplular eBay items. Here are a few of my other A&F sales to give you some more ideas:

Reselling Thrift Store A&F / Hollister T-Shirts in Lots

I originally posted a video about this a while back and I have put my idea to the test and had very good results.

Here is a link to the original video:
http://vitaminebay.blogspot.com/2010/01/thrift-store-item-2-sell-abercrombie.html

and now 2 of my recent completed auctions trying this idea out. You will not be able to retire doing this, but it is some extra income and some more items to add to your Thrift Store Shopping List.

Remember all shirts were purchased between .50-$1.99 on half price days at the Thrift Store. So as you can see a nice little profit for T-Shirts, a very under appreciated section of the Thrift Store.

Some tips on pulling this off:

  • Bigger sizes tend to do better XL/XXL.

  • Do not pass up on shirts with cool graphics and funny sayings.

  • Set a budget price of $2.00 per shirt.

  • Start auctions at .99

Good Luck

Reselling Abercrombie, Hollister & American Eagle T-Shirts in Lots

Add this to your list of ideas for trying to make a profit reselling thrift store items one Bay. I have just started trying this one out and will keep you posted on the results.

Things to Remember
  • only buy t-shirts for $2.00 or less, half-price days are your best bet.
  • sell in lots of 3-5 shirts in similar sizes.
  • start the auction off low (.99) with No Reserve
  • subscribe to my e-mail mailing list to stay updated on more thrift store ideas

For some reason the voice in the video does not sound like me, so I have to work on fixing that.

Good Luck
